Formation of students' cognitive activity

This article examines the issues of forming students' cognitive activity through the creation of modern content based on national cultural heritage in the digital educational environment. National cultural heritage, as a collection of historical, aesthetic, and spiritual values of the people, formed over centuries, occupies an important place in the upbringing of the younger generation. The introduction of this heritage into the educational process through modern digital technologies, in particular interactive tools, video animations, podcasts, and gamification methods, increases students' interest not only in knowledge, but also in self-awareness, aesthetic worldview, and historical memory. The article also analyzes innovative pedagogical approaches based on the principles of cultural diversity and inclusivity in education put forward by international organizations, in particular UNESCO
