Abstract

The article examines the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on the development of educational platforms. It is shown that AI has a significant impact on the personalization of learning, increasing student engagement, automating assessment, and organizing individual development trajectories. An analysis of the functionality of a number of popular educational systems, such as Coursera, Duolingo, and Khan Academy, as well as a survey of students and university teachers, was conducted. The results of the study show that most students perceive the introduction of AI into the educational process positively, while teachers are cautious due to a possible decrease in the quality of interpersonal interaction. A conclusion is made about the need for a balanced approach to the introduction of AI, taking into account ethical and pedagogical aspects. The article is of interest to specialists in the field of digital education, developers of EdTech solutions, and teachers
