Abstract

Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the global labor market, reshaping industries and professions. This article explores how automation, machine learning, and intelligent systems will redistribute tasks—transferring routine operations to algorithms while creating new roles in AI development, data science, robotics, and ethics. Special attention is given to the need for workforce retraining and human–AI collaboration. Based on recent research, the article highlights how AI is already redefining job functions, skill requirements, and economic models, offering guidance for policymakers, educators, and professionals preparing for the future of work.
