Abstract

The article explores physical activity as an essential component of a healthy lifestyle. It highlights the positive effects of exercises—especially walking and running—on the cardiovascular system and muscle strength. Practical guidelines for exercise routines and pulse monitoring are provided. The text emphasizes that reduced physical activity in modern life poses health risks, which must be countered through regular exercise. It also discusses the importance of movement for newborns, children, and pregnant women. Based on scientific findings, the article concludes that physical activity is vital not only for maintaining health across all age groups but also for ensuring the development of a well-rounded and healthy generation
