Methodology for the formation of a culture of correct use of media among adolescent students

In the modern digital world, media play an important role in the lives of adolescents. However, improper use of these tools can lead to cybersecurity, violation of moral standards, and psychological problems. This article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical foundations of forming a culture of proper use of media among adolescents, practical methods for developing digital literacy, and strategies for ensuring information security. The role of teachers, parents, and educational institutions in this process is given special attention. The article considers current issues in the implementation of digital literacy in the education system of Uzbekistan and provides practical recommendations. This work serves as a methodological guide for education specialists, teachers, and parents
