Classification of Movement Techniques of Narrowly Specialized Young Acrobats in Pair and Group Types of Acrobatics

This article explores the concept of narrow specialization in pair-group types of sports acrobatics and the internal structural changes that have taken place in recent decades. Emphasis is placed on the roles and functions of “lower” and “upper” group representatives during competition routines, the characteristics of physical exercises, and their execution. The study also includes an analysis of the physical development and anthropometric indicators of young acrobats, such as body mass and muscle development, to determine their alignment with professional requirements. Furthermore, the article discusses the importance of effective management of internal and external resources, the integration of technological processes, and global strategies to enhance performance and development in sports acrobatics
