Syringomyelia is a chronic neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the formation of a fluid-filled cavity (syrinx) within the central canal of the spinal cord. This article presents an overview of the clinical manifestations, pathogenesis, and effectiveness of modern therapeutic and rehabilitation approaches for syringomyelia.
