Classification of Textile Waste and its Economic Efficiency as Secondary Raw Materials

The article analyzes the classification of waste generated in the textile industry and the possibilities of its recycling as secondary raw materials. Since the volume of textile waste in the world increases every year, its effective management is becoming increasingly important from an environmental and economic point of view. The article classifies waste by source and type, and highlights the types of recycling - recycling, energy conversion and disposal through chemical and biological processes. It also substantiates the benefits of assessing secondary raw materials in terms of economic efficiency, creating new jobs and saving resources. In conclusion, the article provides proposals for increasing the economic value of waste through the introduction of innovative technologies, raising public awareness and government support
