Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada to‘quv dastgohlarida ip uzilishlarini kamaytirish uchun real vaqtli sensor nazorat tizimini ishlab chiqish va uning samaradorligini baholash masalasi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotda optik va tensometrik datchiklar asosida ipning trayektoriyasi va tarangligini uzluksiz monitoring qilish usuli taklif etilgan. Sensorlardan olingan ma’lumotlar signalni qayta ishlovchi blok orqali tahlil qilinib, kritik holatlarda boshqaruv tizimiga uzatiladi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, taklif etilgan tizim yordamida ip uzilishlarini oldindan aniqlash va ularning oldini olish imkoniyati yaratiladi. Eksperimental baholashlar asosida uzilishlar soni 30–40% ga kamaygani, dastgohlarning to‘xtash vaqti qisqargani hamda ishlab chiqarish samaradorligi oshgani aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalari sensorli nazorat tizimlarini to‘quv jarayoniga joriy etish texnologik jarayonni optimallashtirish va mahsulot sifatini yaxshilashda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
