Maqolada xususiy va davlat ta’lim muassasalari uchun moslashtirilgan EduCRM (Educational Customer Relationship Management) tizimining loyihasi taqdim etilgan. Tadqiqotning yangiligi sifatida talabalar hayot davri (Student Lifecycle Management, SLM) bosqichlariga muvofiq voronka (funnel) modeli ishlab chiqilgan va konversiya ko’rsatkichlari bo’yicha analitik dashboard taklif etilgan. Maqolada SLM bosqichlari sxemasi, konversiya formulasi va lead skoring tasniflagichining ishlash printsipi keltirilgan.
