Abstract

Maqolada qurilish materiallari ishlab chiqaruvchi DEXNAV BETON korxonasining moliyaviy jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish uchun mashinaviy o’rganish elementlariga asoslangan tizim taklif etilgan. Tadqiqotning yangiligi shundaki, sotuvlar prognozini ARIMA va Prophet vaqt qatorlari modellari, anomaliyalarni aniqlashda esa Isolation Forest algoritmidan birgalikda foydalanuvchi ansambl yondashuv qo’llanilgan. Maqolada moliyaviy ma’lumot oqimi modeli, prognoz formulalari va anomaliya tasniflashning amaliy aniqligi ko’rsatkichlari muhokama qilingan.
