Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalarining multimedia xizmatlari sohasidagi eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo'lgan kechikish (latency) masalasi chuqur tahlil qilinadi. IPTV va OTT platformalarining ishlash prinsiplari, ularning tarmoq arxitekturasidagi farqlari va kontentni yetkazib berish zanjiridagi texnik to'siqlar tadqiq etiladi. Maqolada video oqimni segmentlashning yangi usullari, CMAF formatining afzalliklari va HTTP/2 protokoli asosidagi past kechikishli yechimlar ko'rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijasida kechikish darajasini minimal darajaga tushirish bo'yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
