Abstract

Foydalanuvchilar ustuvorligi va tezlik cheklovlarini inobatga olgan holda 5G radioresurslarini taqsimlash modeli ishlab chiqildi. Xizmatlar sifatini adaptiv boshqarish sharoitida bloklanish ehtimolini baholashning taxminiy usuli taklif etildi.
