HACCP tizimining oziq-ovqat xavfsizligidagi o‘rni

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlashda HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) tizimining o‘rni va ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Mazkur tizimning asosiy tamoyillari, xavflarni boshqarish mexanizmlari hamda ishlab chiqarish jarayonidagi samaradorligi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, HACCP tizimining xalqaro standartlar bilan uyg‘unligi, mahsulot sifatini oshirishdagi roli va iste’molchilar salomatligini himoya qilishdagi ahamiyati asoslab beriladi.
