Psychological preparation and social influences in the preparation of para-athletes for competitions
Abstract
Psychological preparation and social influences play an important role in preparing para-athletes for competitions. This study examines methods for strengthening the psychological state of para-athletes, managing stress, and increasing self-confidence. It also analyzes the impact of community support, social environment, and family on the motivation of athletes. The study aims to demonstrate the combined impact of psychological and social factors on the success of para-athletes.
