Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sanoat robot manipulyatorlarida qo‘llaniladigan aktuator tizimlarining energotejamkor modellar asosida loyihalanishi tahlil qilinadi. An'anaviy elektr, gidravlik va pnevmatik aktuatorlarning energiya sarfi, issiqlik yo‘qotishlari va dinamika ko‘rsatkichlari solishtiriladi. Shuningdek, kam quvvat talab qiluvchi servo aktuatorlar, rekuperatsiya tizimli drayvlar va yengil kompozit materiallar qo‘llanilishining samaradorligi o‘rganiladi. Taklif etilgan energiya tejamkor yondashuvlar robot manipulyatorlarining umumiy samaradorligini oshirish, ekspluatatsiya xarajatlarini kamaytirish va barqaror ishlab chiqarish talablariga moslashish imkonini beradi.
