Abstract

This article discusses the critical factors influencing the competitiveness of cotton fiber in the global market, particularly its appearance, fiber length, and impurity levels. It highlights the challenges posed by residual impurities after ginning and explores solutions to enhance cleaning efficiency. The article presents requirements for fiber cleaning equipment, focusing on maintaining fiber integrity while maximizing impurity removal. It reviews various designs of waste separation surfaces and introduces innovative technologies such as the 1VPU type filter. The analysis emphasizes the impact of mechanical and aerodynamic parameters on cleaning performance and proposes improvements to existing machinery. Findings are supported by diagrams and technical specifications, aiming to improve the overall quality of cotton fiber used in the textile industry
