Methodology for Developing Strength and Endurance in 12–14-Year-Old Football Players

Abstract

This article scientifically investigates an effective methodology for developing strength and endurance qualities in 12–14-year-old football players. During the study, a specialized training program was developed and tested in experimental and control groups. The results demonstrated that the комплекс (integrated) application of strength and endurance exercises significantly improves the physical fitness of young football players.
