Annotatsiya

This article examines the problem of hypodynamia (physical inactivity) among modern school students and its negative impact on their physiological development. The study analyzes the causes of decreased motor activity in the school environment and proposes a specialized complex of physical exercises designed to mitigate these effects. The research results demonstrate that integrating short-term physical activities into the academic day significantly improves students' functional state, cognitive performance, and overall health indicators.
