Maqolada uy-joy va kvartiralarni ijaraga berish bozorini raqamlashtirishga qaratilgan RentSmart platformasi loyihasi taqdim etilgan. Tadqiqotning yangiligi shundaki, ijaraga olish va olib qo’yish jarayonini smart-shartnoma asosida amalga oshiruvchi peer-to-peer xavfsizlik modeli taklif etilgan. Maqolada uy-joyning bozor ijara narxini bashorat qiluvchi hedonik regressiya modeli, ikki tomonlama reputatsiya tizimining matematik formulasi va shartnomalarni hujjatsiz boshqarishning hayot davri sxemasi keltirilgan.
