Analysis of osmotic pressure in the cell sap of Indigofera tinctoria l.

This article presents an analysis of the osmotic pressure of cell sap in Indigofera tinctoria L. The concentration of sap was measured using a refractometer, and osmotic pressure was calculated accordingly. The findings reveal a strong correlation between osmotic pressure and the plant’s adaptation to environmental stress, particularly water scarcity. These results contribute to a deeper understanding of the physiological traits of Indigofera tinctoria and its potential as a drought-tolerant species.
