Agrarian law and modern legal problems: analysis based on the experience of Uzbekistan

This article analyzes the subject and principles of agricultural law, the legislative framework in this area in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and its current problems in practice. In particular, land rights, the legal status of dehkan and farmer households, legal guarantees provided by the state, and the legal basis of reforms were discussed. The article also presents legislative sources and theoretical approaches recommended for students to study.
