Abstract

Nowadays, in all industrial sectors, especially in the oil refining industry, the automation and improvement of technological process control systems is one of the most pressing issues. The intensification of market competition, the limited nature of energy resources, and the tightening of environmental regulations require the production of high-quality and environmentally friendly products. In particular, the optimal and stable control of complex chemical-technological processes such as diesel fuel hydrotreatment has become a key direction of modern scientific research.

In such complex systems, the uncertainty of the process, strong interdependence between parameters, and nonlinearity limit the effectiveness of traditional control methods. Therefore, modern scientific and practical developments increasingly focus on creating intelligent control systems based on the synergetic approach. Synergetics is a science that studies self-organization processes within complex systems and helps to develop flexible control models that adapt to the changing states of technological systems
