Tadbirkorlik, Biznes boshlash motivlari, Slovakiyada tadbirkorlikAnnotatsiya
Ushbu maqola tadbirkorlik mavzusiga, ayniqsa universitetda biznes va menejment yo'nalishida tahsil olayotgan yoshlarning tadbirkor bo'lish uchun yondashuvi va qaror qabul qilish nuqtai nazaridan ko'rib chiqiladi. O'z biznesini boshlashga bo'lgan qiziqish ko'plab omillarga ta'sir qilishi mumkin. Ba'zi omillar umumiy bo'lib, iqtisodiyotdagi umumiy vaziyat, biznes sharoitlari va biznesdagi muvaffaqiyat uchun old shartlar bilan bog'liq. Boshqa tomondan, agar biz yosh avlodga, talabalarga qarasak, ba'zi omillar ushbu yosh guruhiga juda bog'liq bo'lishi mumkin. Bizni oliy o‘quv yurtlari o‘qituvchilari ko‘proq yoshlarni biznes va tadbirkorlikka o‘rgatish va o‘qitish masalalari qiziqtiradi. Tadqiqotimizning asosiy maqsadi hozirgi talabalarning biznesga qiziqishini va ayniqsa ularning biznesni qanday yuritish yo'nalishini aniqlash bo'lsa, biz tadqiqotimizni ikki ta'lim sohasini rivojlantirish bilan shug'ullanadigan fakultetlarning bir guruh talabalariga yo'naltirdik. Bizning maqolamiz tadqiqot natijalarini ko'rsatadi. Tadqiqotda biz 126 respondent uchun anketalardan foydalandik. Bu respondentlar Slovakiya Respublikasidagi bakalavriat va magistratura yo‘nalishidagi universitetlarning talabalari edi. Tadqiqotlarimiz bahosi va natijalariga asoslanib, biz biznesni boshlash nuqtai nazaridan talabalarning asosiy xulosalari va afzalliklarini umumlashtiramiz.
