Impact of Faculty Leadership on Student Engagement and Academic Performance in a Technical University: A Case Study of Fergana State Technical University

Annotatsiya

This study investigates the relationship between faculty leadership and student engagement and academic performance at Fergana State Technical University. A survey-based quantitative approach was used to collect data from 100 students and 18 faculty members. Results indicate a strong positive correlation between faculty leadership practices-such as clear communication, timely feedback, and encouragement of innovation-and student engagement and academic success.
