Running is one of the most fundamental and accessible forms of physical activity and plays a significant role in improving physical fitness, athletic performance, and overall health. This scientific article analyzes the physiological, biomechanical, and psychological aspects of running, as well as its impact on cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and metabolic efficiency. Special attention is given to training methods, injury prevention, and the role of running in competitive athletics and recreational sport. The findings suggest that systematic and well-structured running programs significantly enhance human physical capacity and contribute to long-term health benefits.
