There is no more efficient way to organize an Internet company and e-stores within it that meets the requirements of the market economy, as well as to assess their value. The theoretical and methodological foundations of building an effective electronic business, taking into account the adopted legal framework and the modern features of the economy of Uzbekistan, have not been sufficiently developed. Today, a number of theoretical and methodological issues related to the development of e-business system infrastructure, modern models, organizational and economic decision-making principles and methods have not yet been resolved.
