Mazkur maqolada ip ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarida PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) asosida avtomatik boshqaruv tizimlarini joriy etish masalalari yoritilgan. Ip yigirish liniyasining asosiy texnologik bosqichlari, ularni avtomatlashtirishda qo‘llaniladigan datchiklar, ijro mexanizmlari va boshqaruv algoritmlari tahlil qilingan. PLC yordamida ip tarangligini, yigirish tezligini, to‘xtash–ishga tushish rejimlarini optimallashtirishning texnik va iqtisodiy afzalliklari ko‘rsatib berilgan. Shuningdek, PLC asosida yaratilgan boshqaruv tizimlarining mahsulot sifati, energiya tejamkorligi hamda ishlab chiqarish barqarorligiga ta’siri ilmiy asosda muhokama qilingan
